[Aktualisiert am 31.03.2026] Die starken Niederschläge im Februar haben an mehreren Abschnitten der Radroute „La Loire à Vélo“ zu Hochwasser und Überschwemmungen geführt. Seit Anfang März ist die Wasserstandsphase rückläufig; einige Abschnitte sind noch immer nicht befahrbar, die meisten jedoch schon. Die Straßenbaubehörden tun ihr Möglichstes, um die noch betroffenen Abschnitte wieder befahrbar zu machen. Generell werden für die Abschnitte, die noch nicht wieder geöffnet sind, systematisch Umleitungen ausgeschildert.

Bis Ende 2027 Nantes baut drei neue Linien des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs sowie eine neue Brücke um und baut sie Ende 2027. Während dieses Projekts bleibt La Loire à vélo entlang des Quai de la Fosse erhalten, der Radweg wird jedoch an die Bauarbeiten angepasst Standortumgebung.

The shingles of Indre in the municipalities of Bréhémont and Rigny-Ussé, the Loire river’s own site, are currently closed for flooding. Follow the deviation in place by the RD 16 (main route of the Loire à Vélo). Closure also for flooding of the Vienne of the Chinon-Savigny and Savigny-Candes antenna.
